Sumit has been instrumental in crafting enforcement strategies and handling trademark matters across the Indian sub-continent, where he has developed substantial expertise in both prosecution and enforcement.

In addition, he has assisted clients with Customs filings, combating online piracy and tackling counterfeiters and infringers in the virtual space. His advisory work extends to mergers, assignments, licensing, and drafting relevant IP documentation. Sumit’s expertise also encompasses Design and Copyright prosecution and enforcement, giving him a well-rounded command of the IP landscape.
