Natasha commenced her legal career with a corporate law firm in 2012 and joined ZeusIP Advocates LLP in the year 2013.
Area of Practice/ Expertise:
She has extensive experience in Trade Mark Portfolio Management which includes pre-filing strategy, prosecution hygiene checks & strategy formulation, oppositions/cancellations advisories, formulation of enforcement strategies and advising clients on assignments / licenses recordal. She also has a comprehensive understanding of Designs & Copyrights. Her expertise also extends to managing & handling trade mark prosecution and enforcement portfolios in the Indian sub-continent region.
She regularly advises clients from industries such as fashion, telecom, pharma, FMCG, hotels & fast food restaurants, financial services, etc. and also caters to clients through a network of well-known law firms from various countries across the globe.

- Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune.
- Online Diploma in E-Commerce Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune.
- Training programme in Alternative Dispute Resolution held at ILS Law College, Pune.

She published a research paper on Patent Linkage in India- Present and Future on the ‘Lawyers Club of India’ website. She has interviewed with AsiaIP for an update on India, namely US Agree to Enhanced IP Cooperation. She has authored an article published in the INTA Bulletin Law & Practice Section titled “Hilfiger Takes Down COVID-19 Counterfeiter in Style”.
