About
Naqeeb started his legal career in 2003 practicing in the Delhi High Court and Jammu & Kashmir High Court with leading litigating lawyers. In the year 2005 he qualified as a Patent Agent and worked for a leading KPO till the year 2009 when he joined ZeusIP Advocates LLP as a Senior Associate. He was promoted to an equity partner in the year 2015.
Area of Practice/ Expertise:
He is a partner in charge in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department specializing in intellectual property (IP) and regulatory law (Non-IP), dealing with both contentious and advisory matters. In professional experience, Naqeeb has concentrated his practice on the full spectrum of Patents, Designs, Trade Marks and Copyright prosecution, enforcement and litigation. He represents companies in domestic and international both in IP and Non-IP matters. He has cutting-edge experience in handling cases of patent re-examination and invalidation, and IP-related administrative litigation and infringement litigation, and in providing infringement analysis and consultation in various technology fields.
