To negate any delays and maintain strict service level standards, each team leader carries out a periodic review of a client's portfolio on the database. The database has been designed with the specific objective of tracking and sharing data by way of status updates through a process of client log- in. This keeps the client updated on its matters, reduces communication delays and saves time. Regimentation of scheduled follow up actions by the ZeusIP team is also ensured.

The firm's lawyers and paralegals are divided into teams and each team is assigned a leader and specific clients. The same team works across all IPR issues for its clients, seeking additional help if necessary. Our teams specialize in various areas of IP like Patents, Designs, Trade Marks, Copyrights and Geographical Indications. Yet all lawyers and paralegals constantly engage with each other across teams in order to cross-pollinate Intellectual Capital and learn from each other. Service standards are consistent across teams, so any member of the firm can easily integrate into any team.

Our firm constantly strives to manage the client's portfolio in an effective, coordinated and customized manner to the best of their advantage. The firm keeps abreast of any development on the client's portfolio but also regularly sends the clients relevant information like newspaper/ magazine clippings that might be of significance. We, as a free service, also review Trade Mark and Patent journals and inform our clients of any noteworthy developments.

The presence of reliable and efficient associates in all the cities in India where the Patent and Trade Marks Office operates is an added bonus because this allows the firm to file all documents at short notice within a deadline, even if they have been procured on or around the deadline date.
